Managing partner in Świeszkowski & Jóźwiak since 2004. He specializes in intellectual property law and new technologies. Author of publications in the field of new technologies. A long-time lecturer at courses and trainings in civil law and new technologies law. Speaker at conferences on civil law and intellectual property law. He consults advertising agencies, IT companies, online stores and websites. He has many years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs.

Marcin Świeszkowski
Advocate
Managing partner in Świeszkowski & Jóźwiak since 2004. He handles civil, family and commercial litigation. He specializes in issues related to commercial, banking, bankruptcy and civil law. Author of publications in the fields of commercial law and the law of new technologies. He conducts training and lectures on the subjects covered by the specialization. He has many years of experience in providing legal services to entrepreneurs and representing them in court litigation. He is also a mediator and manages our office in Łowicz.
